Psychify Health is an online psychotherapy platform providing services in English, French, and Portuguese. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.
1. Contact Us
Please do not hesitate to reach out to us via the contact form on our website for any additional information or inquiries you may have regarding our services.
2. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years of age or older. You must reside outside of the United States. You must be mentally and legally capable of entering into a therapeutic agreement with our clinic.
3. Services Provided
- Initial clinical assessments and ongoing therapeutic follow-ups. Email communication for appointment management. Secure video sessions conducted through our platform.
Please note: We do not provide emergency services. If you are in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency authorities right away.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information via the contact form. Pay for all sessions in advance through Stripe. Attend video sessions at the scheduled time. Complete any assigned therapeutic tasks promptly and thoroughly.
5. Payment Terms
Sessions are payable via Stripe prior to each appointment. No refunds will be issued for absences without at least 24 hours of notice provided to the clinic.
6. Confidentiality
Your data is protected by GDPR and LGPD standards. Confidentiality is maintained according to professional ethics, except where disclosure is required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. Therapy outcomes vary for each individual and cannot be guaranteed by the clinic.
8. Termination
You may terminate services via email. We reserve the right to terminate services in cases of non-payment or failure to comply with these terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any legal disputes arising from these terms will be resolved by the competent courts of Lisbon.
